【產(chǎn)品原文引用】The contents of SIgA (E-78235) in saliva and serum IL-2 (E-80069), IL-6 (E80071), and TNF-α (E-80095) were determined using commer cial ELISA test kits (Shanghai Jinma Laboratory Equipment Corpora tion., Ltd., Shanghai, China, LOT201410) following the manufacturer’sinstructions. Briefly, captured antibodies against bovine SIgA or bovine IL-2, IL-6, and TNF-α were coated on plate wells. The serum and saliva samples were incubated with the solution and then washed to remove nonspecific binding. Horseradish peroxidase bovine anti-bovine SIgA or IL-2, IL-6, and TNF-α were used as detection antibodies. Optical density was recorded at 450 nm with a microplate reader (Bio-tek Instrument Inc., USA). Standard curves drawn from the concentration and standard absorbance were used to quantify the saliva SIgA and serum IL-2, IL-6, and TNF-α levels.
