一、產(chǎn)品特征
玻纖高溫針刺復(fù)合過濾氈是以超細(xì)玻纖為主，與一定比例的耐高溫化學(xué)纖維復(fù)合而成的過濾材料，具有耐高溫、耐腐蝕、耐磨、耐折、高強(qiáng)度、高剝等特點(diǎn)。依據(jù)復(fù)合氈中化纖使用溫度的不同，復(fù)合氈使用溫度從190℃到260℃不等。產(chǎn)品可分為玻纖+聚酰亞胺、玻纖+芳綸、玻纖+PPS、玻纖+PTFE。
應(yīng)用:適用于鋼鐵、冶金、化工、燃煤鍋爐、焚燒爐、耐火材料以水泥等工業(yè)的高溫?zé)煔膺^濾以及脈沖清灰及高速反吹風(fēng)的袋濾器使用。其性能優(yōu)良，能夠有效治理粉塵污染，回收有價(jià)值的微細(xì)顆粒
Glass fiber high temperature needle-punched composite filter felt is a kind of filter material which is mainly made of superfine glass fibers and compounded with a certain proportion of high temperature resistant chemical fibers. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, flexure resistance, high strength and high peeling. According to the different temperature of chemical fibers in composite felt, the temperature of composite felt varies from 190 to 260. Products can be divided into glass fiber + polyimide, glass fiber + aramid, glass fiber + PPS, glass fiber + PTFE.
